Quaint Oak Bank is preparing to host its 2026 Annual Community Shred Event and Food Drive on Saturday, September 26, celebrating more than nine years of community impact in Southampton. Since 2021 alone, the event has helped local residents securely recycle more than 20,000 pounds of paper, donate over 1,200 pounds of food to local food assistance efforts, and conserve an estimated 121 trees. More than 600 vehicles have participated during that time.
The free drive-through event helps protect residents from identity theft through secure document destruction while encouraging donations that support local food pantry efforts.
